Wow, two weeks! Just a word with what’s going on personally.

I’ve been recently out of school and I’m looking for a job! I believe that it’s true the first job is hardest to find. I spend my days pursuing varying strategies and I hope to get results soon.

I could use this blurb to promote myself. I have a broad background in electrical engineering, the physical sciences, and I’m quite well-read in business and finance (self-taught and still advancing). Currently I’m pursuing ideas and leads in the renewable energy sector and resource efficiency services. They seem interesting and can combine my engineering background with my general enthusiasm for the environment. I also welcome career ideas that I may not have considered.

Life is a journey so I am really not too choosy about my first job. The most important things are that the work is meaningful and enjoyable, and I know from experience that the people and culture make a big impact. Even finding enjoyable work is, I hear, no easy order.

Anyway, if any of you readers seriously have a lead or potential job opportunity, feel free to contact me. (My email is the-name-of-this-blog at gmail dot com.) I will send more details, including my resume if appropriate. My promise is that a good referral will be well rewarded — including my enduring gratitude and forming a high-quality bond.

So that explains my recent bouts of absence. Again, my apologies.
